~ GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR THE PAINTING SEMINAR ~

 

  • Due to available studio space, the number of places is limited to approximately 20 places


  • Places are reserved on a first come, first serve basis.


  • To reserve your place, you must register with a non-refundable deposit.

  • Last date for registration is April 25th 2026.


  • The balance of payment is due before April 25th 2026.

~ THE PRICE INCLUDES ~

​

  • 16 nights of accommodation at Torri Superiore

  • Full board: breakfast, lunch & dinner.

  • Tuition for two teachers - Florence Ménard Cuepaliztli and Janine Ana Hatha.

  • We provide a studio furnished with easels, chairs and side tables to put your paints

  • We provide materials like canvases, ingredients for the medium, egg tempera, casein and brush cleaners.

  • Students must provide their own oil colors, brushes, palettes, jars... See Recommended Materials.

  • Some oil colours are on hand, but selection is limited

  • Tuition for the Seminar includes teaching 6 days per week (Monday to Saturday)

  • Classes are held 10:00 am – 1:00 pm and 2:30 pm – 6:00 pm, Monday – Saturday

  • The studio is open on Saturday & Sunday.

  • Accommodation begins on Friday May 8th and ends on the morning of Sunday May 24th, 2026.

  • Room accommodation is in shared apartments, ranging from 2 to 4 people per apartment.

  • The choice of sleeping places in the apartments will be decided by the organizers, based on gender considerations (e.g. keeping couples together, separating women from men). Please request if you wish to be paired with someone in particular.

  • Breakfast, lunch & dinner will be mostly organic with vegetarian options. Special dietary needs (vegan, gluten-free etc) can be accommodated. Please notify us in advance.

~ SPECIFIC CONDITIONS FOR THE SEMINAR / WORKSHOP ~

  • All prices are per person.

  • Prices are in Euros.

  • Payment may be made in Europe through bank transfer and in the rest of the world (incl. the U.S.A) through Wise.com

  • The reservation deposit is non-refundable.

  • Students are responsible for their own transportation to and from Torri Superiore

  • Registration for the seminar constitutes a waiver on the participant's part regarding injuries or illnesses sustained during their stay. Students are responsible for their own health insurance.

  • In the unlikely event of the seminar’s cancellation, all payments will be refunded, minus 10% of the deposit for administration costs.
